My brother, David, was killed in the line of duty on Tuesday, October 21, 2008. David was an Officer with the Northern York County Regional Police Department, PA. David was performing an accident reconstruction investigation when a distracted driving entered the closed roadway, striking, and killing him. David is more than a Police Officer; he is my brother. Please, don't drive distracted.
